Enikő Szöllőssy,
sculptor
She was born in Budapest, 13th September 1939. Her

Art University (1960-65). Since 1983 she is the Hungarian
delegate of FIDEM.
A few years ago Eniko Szöllossy exhibited her sculptures
at Tihany with the title “Trans-trends”.
Only a very few so appropriate and so mysterious exhibition
have I seen so far. The human brain or soul, the ritual
of reception or its freshness is able to step from the
material existence into an immaterial dimension, one
can say through the material world into another kind
of reality. Actually, this “stepping over”
feeling will occur at the reception of all truly great
masterpiece. However, in the case of these sculptures
as not the receiving person but the material itself
would take this - for us forever - very mysterious step.

Exhibitions: Budapest, Pannonhalma, Tihany, Sopron,
Belgium, Raven, Stockholm, Paris, Rome.
